Question: How does Minnesota's No-Fault laws apply? Answer: Many people misunderstand Minnesota's No-Fault law. No-fault provisions relate only to medical loss, work loss, or loss of essential services and are only available from your own insuranc company. The No-Fault law is NOT related to physical damage to your vehicle.
Question: Who do I pay my deductable to and when? Answer:The amount of your deductable you are responible for is determined by you and your insurance company. If your deductable has not been waived, it is your responsibility to pay the deductable to Bon Auto Body when you pick up your vehicle.
Question: Can you save any part of my deductable? Answer: No! An honest repair shop will always say no. Conspiring to bury your deductable is insurance fraud and is against the law. Insurance company appraisers know the cost of repairs and cannot be fooled by inflated prices. If the body shop agrees to bury the deductable it has to take short cuts in making the repairs. This may include safety issues. Remember, an auto body shop that will cheat the insurance company will cheat the customer too.
